Covent Garden Hotel - The Most Graceful Property in London

December 5th, 2010

I am a frequent visitor of London, most of the time for job reasons. I love its hotels but my experience in Covent Garden hotel created a fantastic difference. You can not probably get lost, because the hotel is centrally situated, and in one of London’s best local communities inside the West End. Indeed, it’s just a few steps away from the Covent Garden. Near the area, you can find beautiful shops, small cafes as well as a beautiful French cafe just across the avenue. This is a best spot to sit and watch Londoners strutting all over the roads rich in life.

The hotel’s design is not only distinctive, but also very legendary. Based on locals, the Hotel was in the past a hospital that throughout 1996 was rehabilitated into the most wonderful thing you may probably come across in London. The entrance is attractively embellished with a mixture of both classic and current decorations. I fell in love with the spectacular stairs adorned in lovely decorations. My room was a mix of tapestry and handmade Asian fabrics only to present it a very nice feel. Covent Garden Hotel has a welcoming lobby and unlike the majority of hotels in London, my room was really large, and had all the comfort you would like to have, and surely perfect for family.

The bathrooms are luxurious and contemporary, with luxurious double showers. There is a TV and laptop computer for yourself in the rooms, and dependable internet connectivity is definitely a assurance. Those on business don’t need to be worried about leaving their laptop or having difficulties doing work at night.

One unique thing regarding Covent Garden Hotel is that even though it attracts those busy business driven visitors, additionally, it aims to provide families and other visitors a homey atmosphere.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and will always rush to open the door for you. Actually I came across a few chocolates and strawberries inside my room. I was very surprised by this gesture. It was good for me personally, especially coming after having a long day traveling. it was great to eventually get some peace of mind!. Various other conveniences available such as a gym/fitness room, bar, cafe having quality food, well stocked and exceptional library and a drawing room.

Joshua McFerson is travelling to London on a regular basis because of his line of work. As of recently the only place he sleeps in is the Covent Garden Hotel. You do not have to trust his ten years history of voyaging, check for yourself at http://coventgardenhotel.org/
